Alafaya Village Shopping Center located at 11790 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL

This was a 40,000 sq. ft. “unanchored strip center” acquired.  We renovated part of the shop space and “shoehorned“ in a new Albertsons Grocery Store.  Subsequently, when Albertsons closed the Orlando stores, this was further redeveloped for a new Lucky’s Market.

Additionally, we created an out pad for a new Dunkin’ Donuts as part of the redevelopment.
