Heathrow Marketplace Shopping Center, located at the NWC International Parkway & Lake Mary Boulevard, Lake Mary, FL
This 90,000 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center was acquired and renovated.
The former Gooding’s Supermarket upon closure was re-tenanted with a new Winn Dixie Marketplace store.
Additionally, a new “right in right out” access was sought, approved and constructed which dramatically helped the shopping center flourish and lease up.
